In addition to providing education about eating disorders, we also enjoy delivering our "BodyThink" workshops, which are focused not on eating disorders but on self-esteem, body awareness and media literacy.
"BodyThink" was created by the Melbourne Butterfly Foundation and Dove Cosmetics. Throughout this workshop students learn how to critique the images and messages they are sent in the media and through advertising. This workshop is designed primarily for students under the age of 13, but can be tailored to suit the needs of older students also.
Workshops are best run with at least 10 people and no more than 25.
