Accessing our services
If you are interested in receiving any of our treatment and therapy services, the first step is completing our Self Assessment Form, and Pre-Assessment Medical Review Form. The information gathered by these forms gives us a good insight into your situation, and will help us to determine which (if any) of our services will be the most appropriate for you.
Once we have received your completed forms, we will contact you to arrange a time for you to come in and meet with a member of our therapy team for a face-to-face assessment. We will then discuss the treatment options available to you.
It is important that we let you know that we have a waiting list for our services. This varies depending on the service - for example, the typical waiting time to meet with our Dietitian is 3-4 weeks, while the waiting time to begin individual therapy is 3-6 months.
